[COMPANY NAME], NIF [NIF], [ADDRESS]. Contact: info@spanishbynash.com.
3. Data we process
The data you give us in the contact form or on WhatsApp: name, phone/WhatsApp, email (optional), course or level of interest, class format, goal, message and, where applicable, the code of the partner agency or company that referred you. We do not process special-category data; please do not include it in your message.
The level test runs in your browser: your answers are neither stored nor sent.
4. Purposes and legal basis
a) Answering your enquiry and informing you about courses, timetables, places and prices. Basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
b) Managing enrolment and classes if you book a course. Basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and tax/accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
c) Sending information about new groups and courses, only if you tick the optional box. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
d) Identifying the referring partner, if you enter a code, to manage the partnership internally. Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Financial terms of partnerships are never published.
5. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Student data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal periods (generally 6 years for accounting and 4 years for tax records). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use processors to provide the service: the form-delivery service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards your enquiry to us by email; our email and web hosting provider [PROVIDER]; WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) if you choose to message us; and the video-class platform [Zoom / Google Meet / …].
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with appropriate safeguards (EU–US adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
If you were referred by a partner, we may tell them only that you have enrolled, and only with your express permission.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to info@spanishbynash.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies and external services
This site uses no own, analytics or advertising cookies. Your partner code is remembered only during your visit (browser session storage, cleared when you close it).
To display fonts and images, your browser connects to Google Fonts and Unsplash, which may log your IP address. Links to WhatsApp and Instituto Cervantes open third-party services with their own policies.
9. Intellectual property and liability
Texts, design, brand and the NASH Spanish level test are protected and may not be reproduced without permission. Course durations are estimates and do not guarantee reaching a level or passing an exam.
